Our client, a software company providing MRO solutions, is seeking a highly capable Software Sales Account Manager to join their team and spearhead their entry into the United States aviation market. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in both aviation and software sales development. Making connections with decision makers, building relationships, and understanding clients’ operational needs and translating them into tailored software solutions are key factors for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the global MRO and aviation maintenance market.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution mapping, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Provide consultative guidance on how digital transformation can improve maintenance processes and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation maintenance regulations, digital maintenance trends, and emerging technologies in Aviation Maintenance software.
