Job Summary: As the Sr. Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing innovative sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue and expanding our market footprint in the niche of aircraft window repair services. This position demands a profound understanding of the aviation industry, coupled with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. An ideal candidate will bring a successful sales track record, preferably in the aerospace or aviation sectors, demonstrating their ability to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute robust sales strategies designed to meet and surpass company sales goals and objectives.
- Identify and acquire new business avenues in the aviation sector, targeting airlines, MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
- Cultivate and sustain meaningful relationships with existing customers, prioritizing high levels of satisfaction and fostering repeat business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market analyses to uncover trends, customer requirements, and competitive factors that will inform our sales approach and strategies.
- Design and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals to engage potential clients effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft promotional materials and campaigns that bolster our sales efforts.
- Evaluate and interpret sales performance metrics, supplying regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events, enhancing visibility and promoting our services.
- Mentor and support the sales team, nurturing a culture of high performance and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
- Adapt to evolving priorities by performing additional tasks or projects as needed to support team and organizational goals
Qualifications:
- Marketing, Aviation, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with a preference for individuals with a background in the aviation or aerospace industry.
- A demonstrable history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- At least 1 years of experience supervising or leading sales teams, with a focus on coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Comprehensive understanding of aircraft maintenance and repair processes, especially concerning window systems.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Capacity to operate independently while thriving as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and attend industry functions.
