HoneywellBuilding Solutions (HBS) has an excellent opportunity for a ConnectedBuildings Sr Software Solutions Sales Representative - Direct. The positionreports to the Connected Buildings Software Sales Leader. In this role you willbe responsible to support Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) in meeting andexceeding annual orders and revenue plans of existing and newly createdConnected Services, Software as a Service (SaaS) Forge PdM and CEM solutionssold through the HBS regions as assigned in AOP. You will be responsible forsupporting North America customer acquisition sales strategies, tactics, andprocesses leveraging Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) Connected Buildingssoftware solutions.

You willbe reporting to a Senior Sales Manager and working remotely.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Develop,deploy, track and forecast the execution of the Connected Services AOP of newlicensing agreements of HCE Connected Services Portfolio and future solutionsas they are developed in the assigned national territory to new and existingHBS customers
  • Responsible for achieving assigned Annual Operating Plan (AOP) orders planwhile following established pricing guidelines.
  • Identifyand communicate the strengths and weaknesses of the Connected Buildings (CB)Software value propositions and making required adjustments based on marketintelligence working closely with the marketing, technology and HBS ChannelPartner teams
  • Own thereal-time Sales MOS between HCE CB and HBS and the corresponding reporting andpotential resource requests/allocations Reporting, Analysis and Forecastingfrom source data (SFDC, SAP, etc) to your manager
  • Bewilling to travel as necessary throughout the assigned territory (Approx 25)

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $110,000 - $130,000.  For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $115,000 - $135,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidates work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. 

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates. 

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years Building Controls, Services or related business to business industry experience in the commercial and institutional buildings markets
  • 3+ years of Software as Service (Saas) sales experience, and/or 5 years of HBS service experience.
