You will be part of the Engine Services Sales Strategy Team where we work with our worldwide sales teams to serve our international customers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product owners, and spaneting, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer engagement
• Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the sales strategy and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
• Find improvements opportunities in processes related to sales, design potential solutions, and implement required changes
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the sales strategy
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the companys overall business objectives
• Conduct spanet research and analysis to understand the target spanet and competitors

• Studies in economics, industrial engineering, computer science, engineering, or comparable fields desirable
• Practical experience before or during studies desirable
• Very good computer skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Experience designing presentations, especially in spaneting or sales environments, desirable
• Experience with PowerBI or similar business analytics platform desirable
• Very good English and good German language skills in both spoken and written form
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of initiative
