Job Purpose - Responsible for preparing and modifying the department manuals/documents as per the requirements of the various functions across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

Makes independent edits to the manuals based on inputs received from the SMEs/Department Document Controller across functional areas.
Responsible for maintaining the version control of the manuals by maintaining the track of manual changes and maintaining the document source file.
Responsible for the quality of the manual contents and consistency across technical publications.
Ensures timely completion of assigned tasks for key projects requiring documentation updates, revisions, and distribution.
Assists the Lead Technical Publication & Head DMS in administrative duties associated with Technical Publications Department.
Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation in accordance with compliance requirements and timeline.
Collaborate with departments to draft and format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , internal circulars, Airport Briefings, Forms etc.. as per organizational guidelines.
Responsible to update the daily tracker sheets maintain within the Technical Publication Department.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
