Job overview and responsibilities
This position will develop and maintain Flight Attendant electronic flight attendant service policy and procedures manuals and guides including, but not limited to, Link Guides, Inflight Service Guides and Inflight Policies and Procedures Manual (IPPM). These materials are essential to support new Inflight projects and must be accurate and timely as they are used to familiarize flight attendants with new service procedures and train new flight attendants. In addition, this position will review and respond to United Voices, IOR, ISAP and FRMP reportsassigned to the Flight Experience team.
Creates, edits, formats, publishes, and distributes revisions to the Inflight Policies and Procedures Manual, Inflight Service Guides and Link guides. Responsible for working cross-departmentally to integrate new projects and the associated flight attendant procedures into these guides. Creates and edits graphics. Ensures accuracy and consistency across the master files.
Project manager for initiatives relative to these publications. Responsible for developing training materials and webinars and delivering some as well as developing checklists relevant to the publications. Works with training to ensure changes and updates are integrated into appropriate training curriculums.
Reviews, monitors, trends, and responds to United Voices, IOR, ISAP and FRMP reports assigned to the Flight Experience team. Works with appropriate team members to respond and resolve.

The base pay range for this role is $64,885.00 to $84,514.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
