Responsibilities

  • Assist the flight crew with mission planning, crew briefings, and field operations as part of the flight support team.

  • Support material handling, inventory control, and logistics activities related to drone operations and warehouse functions.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational processes.
  • Perform accurate data entry related to flight operations, logistics, and inventory tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in logistics, aviation, and supply chain to support overall drone delivery operations.
  • Travel up to 25 of the time as needed to support flights and missions at other locations.

  • Ability to perform accurate data entry to support logistics and flight operations.
  • Knowledge or experience in material handling, inventory control, and logistics processes.
  • Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on mission needs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25 of the time for operational support.
  • Comfort working in aviation or airport operations environments with a focus on safety and compliance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics environments.
  • Prior experience in aviation, aerospace, or drone operations.
  • Knowledge of aviation terminology and regulations.
  • Experience working within supply chain environments supporting transportation or delivery services.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with flight crews, operators in command, and ground support teams.

Why Work Here?

You will join an organization that is transforming delivery services through innovative drone technology and offers the chance to work on cutting-edge aviation and logistics projects. The role begins as a 12-month contract with potential for extension or conversion, providing a pathway to long-term career growth.
