Job Title: Quality Inspector – Military Drone Systems
Location: Tampa, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time, 1st shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our defense manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of military drone systems to ensure compliance with strict industry and military standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed inspections of drone components and final assemblies.
- Document and report non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and support audits as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in aerospace or defense.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or MIL-STD quality systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract regulations.
Preferred:
- Experience with UAVs or drone systems.
- IPC or ASQ certifications.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
