Job Description:
UAS (Drone) Pilots will work directly with clients as necessary to manage and complete a wide variety of projects throughout New England and beyond. Pilots will work with a team to collect data using commercial-grade unmanned aerial systems. Projects include infrastructure inspections using multirotor aircraft and automated mapping missions using a variety of platforms. Regular local travel will be required from a few hours to a few days and occasional long-range travel of up to 2 weeks.
Compensation: Dependent upon experience (highly competitive wages)
Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification
- Previous UAS experience (3 years preferred)
- Experience with LiDAR sensors
- Infrastructure inspection experience
- Enjoy working outdoors, often in remote locations
- Available for travel
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Flexible schedule and ability to work outside “typical” 9-5 work hours
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Very comfortable working with technology and a strong interest in learning new skills

Preferred Skills and Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with various sensors such as thermal IR, mutli-spectral cameras, and LiDAR
- FPV flying experience
- A current FAA Part 61 certification is a PLUS
- Very comfortable flying multi-rotors without GPS assistance
- Remote aircraft design, building, troubleshooting experience
- Civil, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering experience
- GIS Mapping/Surveying experience
- Project management experience
- Experience in Photography & Videography
