Resolute ISR, Inc. is seeking a UAS Operator/AVO, Maintainer – Level 5 to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site role for a UAS Operator, based in Howell, MI. The UAS Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a group 3 unmanned aerial systems (UAS) for various mission requirements. Tasks include planning flight missions, performing pre-flight checks, operating UAS during missions, conducting post-flight assessments, basic maintenance and repair, software and payload integration and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in operating unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and understanding of UAS technologies
- Proficiency in flight mission planning and execution
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance related to UAS operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on-site in Howell, MI and travel 25-50%
- Relevant UAS certifications and licenses are a plus
- Previous experience in the aviation industry or related field is preferred
Preferred:
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting network infrastructure including IP addressing, VLANs/VLAN tagging, and virtual networks to support secure UAS command and control.
- 1,000 UAS flight hours
- Experience with group 3 / 4 aircraft
