STS Aviation Services is hiring a Data Entry Administrator to join our growing team in Newquay. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the accuracy and compliance of aircraft maintenance documentation, ensuring data integrity across our systems and supporting smooth operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and control technical documentation in accordance with MRP145 standards
- Accurately and promptly enter data into AMOS, ensuring alignment with maintenance records and work orders
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with on-site customer representatives
- Support planning and engineering teams by ensuring all documentation is complete, traceable, and audit-ready
- Liaise with maintenance personnel and the Document Controller to identify and resolve documentation discrepancies
- Assist in document audits and regulatory inspections as required
- Support the Maintenance Planner in printing and compiling aircraft manuals and task cards
Requirements
- Previous experience in record retention or documentation management within aviation or a technical field
- Proficiency in AMOS software for data entry and document control (training provided if needed)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced maintenance team
