- College degree, or equivalent experience required.
- A minimum of 4 years of previous airline experience is required.
- A broad background in airline or aviation operations is necessary.
- Wide-body aircraft Weight and Balance and Load Planning certification preferred
- Dangerous Goods certification preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong understanding of ground operations, policies, and safety regulations.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across departments.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Experience in managing document revisions and coordinating with various teams.
- Familiarity with compliance and auditing processes in the context of ground operations.
Salary Range: $52,500-$71,000
