Job Description

As an Airport Customer Service Representative, you will be among the first Crewmembers our Customers encounter upon their arrival at the station. Your primary goal is to provide Customers with an effortless and seamless check-in experience while ensuring the lounge is immaculate and fully stocked with amenities. A strong attention to detail is essential as you will verify that all documents have been properly vetted, baggage has been screened, and Customers are fit to fly. Additionally, you may be responsible for valet duties such as driving, parking, retrieving customer vehicles, and assisting customers in and out of their vehicles during arrival and departure. On-time performance is crucial in this role, necessitating strict adherence to time, attendance, and appearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless check-in experience for Customers.
• Ensure the lounge is clean and fully stocked with amenities.
• Verify documents, screen baggage, and confirm Customers are fit to fly.
• Perform valet duties including driving, parking, and retrieving customer vehicles.
• Assist Customers in and out of vehicles during arrival and departure.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to appearance standards.

This position requires wearing multiple hats, such as checking high-end clients in for scheduled flights and carrying luggage to load or unload from planes. The work schedule includes four days per week with shifts starting at 4:30 PM. There are no operations on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Saturdays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Napa, California.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
