- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years in marketing, growth, or acquisition roles.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, including people and process management.
- Demonstrated success in campaign development, lead generation, conversion, lifecycle marketing, and direct response strategy.
- Experience with marketing operations, process improvement, and performance analysis.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation, funnel metrics, lifecycle marketing strategy, and campaign design.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing performance tools.

This position works in an office setting environment.
Typical working hours are 8:30 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with an hour lunch break.
Generally, a climate-controlled environment with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions when attending aviation related events, including exposure to higher altitudes and confined spaces if in a general aviation aircraft.
This position requires some travel, possibly up to 10% of the time, to various general aviation or industry-related events. Travel is by aircraft (general aviation and commercial) and by road or public transit.
