The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Executive Office Administrator (Level C) to join our Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) organization in Oklahoma City, OK.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the capability to build rapport with key partners. Additionally, you should be self-motivated and be able to thrive in a fast paced, evolving organization, and be a positive leader to others. The successful candidate must be capable to perform and manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and a high level of accuracy.
Position Responsibilities:
- Prioritizes and schedules executive calendars and availability for efficient use of time
- Coordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitor designated business traveler logistics, generate expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges; ensures timely/accurate reimbursement
- Plans and implements logistics for executive level internal and external events
- Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication
- Communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences and conveys a positive attitude to all those that they work with
- Orders and maintains office supplies
- Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
- Works under limited supervision
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 4 years of related work experience
- Experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
- Experience coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements,
- generating expense reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges
- Experience supporting multiple customers such as executives and staff members
- Experience managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with SAP Concur
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- 3+ years of experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- 3+ years of Experience supporting multiple customers such as executives and staff members
Relocation:

Summary Pay Range: $51,850 - 70,150
