Job Summary:
Akima Data Management is looking for Jr. Documentum Systems Administrator to join our team. This individual will work within a large team of experienced technical professionals to provide technical support to Documentum platform and its components.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Enterprise Content Management (ServiceNow Helpdesk) queue and resolve incidents and technical tasks as Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineer in compliance with approved SLAs.
- Monitor, update, assign and resolve user issues and tickets.
- Analyze issues and include details in tickets before escalating work to Sr. Engineers.
- Create and manage Documentum ACLs, groups, users, folders, and other Documentum objects.
- Create and run DQL scripts.
- Perform daily and weekend monitoring and verification support of the systems in all environments and record findings.
- Perform Documentum administration, monitoring, and verification tasks, including testing platform and component version upgrades.
- Assist with migration of EDRMP supported components.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and documentation.
- Perform monthly system vulnerability reviews.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by SME and PM/PgM.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Documentum administration and maintenance.
- Knowledge of OpenText Documentum products.
- Experience with creation and configuration of Documentum ACLs, users, groups, cabinets and folders.
- Experience with creating and running DQL and API scripts and commands from text and Microsoft Excel files.
- Experience in administration, monitoring and troubleshooting Documentum server and client products and applications running on Linux and Windows servers.
- Experience with server access tools such as Putty, Remote Desktop, Citrix and others.
- Experience in troubleshooting user issues and communicating with customers and management.
- Experience with user support tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or other related fields
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
