Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS), Air Dominance (AD) Division, has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Staff Analyst (level 3) to join our division leadership team located in Berkeley, MO!
This position reports to the AD Executive Assistant and supports the AD Leadership Team. The individual in this role will gain valuable experience across the breadth of the AD portfolio, which includes Fighters, MQ-25, T-7A, and proprietary efforts. The individual in this role will also be exposed to development opportunities in spanet and business strategies, running a business from an operational and profit and loss perspective, building relationships with internal and external senior leaders, leading and engaging a large organization and leading culture.
Position Responsibilities:
- Completing special projects and ad hoc tasks, as assigned
- Creating communications deliverables for internal and external senior leadership
- Interfacing with functions and leadership to remove obstacles and solve problems
- Driving performance and accountability throughout the organization
- Partnering with stakeholders to support key initiatives
Additional Responsibilities to Include:
- Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives. Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
- Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
- Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
- Delivers informational or technical materials.
- Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
- Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
- Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants. Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office/O365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, One Note, and Teams.
- 3+ years of experience collecting and interpreting data
- Experience with cross-functional communication and performance reporting
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience gathering requirements for projects
- Experience with digital platforms and learning new software

Summary pay range: $73,950 - $100,050 USD
