Nickerson Talent Solutions is actively seeking experienced Helicopter Structures Mechanics to support a growing rotorcraft maintenance operation in Fort Worth, TX.
This position supports commercial and military helicopter structural repair, sheet metal fabrication, aircraft skin repair, component replacement, interior modifications, and return-to-service activities across multiple rotorcraft platforms.
We are seeking mechanics with strong hands-on rotorcraft structures and sheet metal experience who can independently perform structural repairs, fabricate and install components, interpret technical drawings, and support heavy maintenance operations in an FAA-regulated environment.
This is NOT an entry-level structures / sheet metal position.
Candidates with strong helicopter structures, sheet metal fabrication, aircraft skin repair, and heavy maintenance experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Candidates should have recent hands-on rotorcraft structures or sheet metal maintenance experience on one or more of the helicopter platforms listed above.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform structural repairs, modifications, inspections, and sheet metal work on commercial and military helicopters
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, aircraft maintenance manuals, and technical specifications
• Fabricate, fit, repair, and install aircraft structural components
• Repair and replace aircraft skins, bulkheads, formers, stringers, frames, ribs, and structural fittings
• Repair structural discrepancies including dents, cracks, corrosion damage, and skin damage
• Install patch materials including aluminum, composites, fiberglass, and synthetic resin materials
• Install and repair interior furnishings, insulation, flooring, paneling, windows, doors, wall panels, and ceilings
• Repair and replace flight control surfaces including flaps, ailerons, rudders, elevators, and stabilizers
• Apply corrosion-resistant coatings, primers, and protective finishes
• Operate fabrication equipment including shears, brakes, presses, punch and drill presses, and forming equipment
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and measuring instruments
• Inspect completed work using precision measuring equipment to verify conformity and tolerances
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation in accordance with FAA and repair station standards
• Comply with all safety procedures, repair station requirements, and maintenance regulations
