  • Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments and actively contributes to a collaborative team culture.

  • Background in manufacturing and testing processes, including experience following shop orders, detailed work instructions, and technical drawings.

  • Familiarity with data acquisition equipment and test instrumentation such as pressure transducers, thermocouples, accelerometers, and flow meters.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and experience working within digital tracking or database systems.

  • Physical ability to climb ladders, navigate stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or otherwise legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or technical training in a related field.

  • Experience designing, building, or maintaining environmental test equipment.

  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), non-conformance management tools, and ticketing systems.

  • Hands-on experience with calibration equipment and ground support equipment (GSE).

  • Ability to install and manage complex sensor arrays for test setups.

  • Working knowledge of software platforms such as National Instruments LabVIEW, TestStand, Dewesoft, or Arduino.
