• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems, including testing, modifications, replacements, and repairs.
• Complete documentation such as shop and work order records and submit required reports.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, procedures, and technical manuals.
• Utilize the company database to locate parts and manuals.
• Apply principles and basic theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, mathematics, testing, and elementary physics.

• Experience in radio operations is essential.
• A strong aptitude for precise mechanical tasks with exceptional accuracy is necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple projects at once are required.
• Fundamental communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and interpersonal interactions, are important.
• A minimum of two years of education in electronics or equivalent training and experience is mandatory.
