Responsibilities:

• Coordinate flight operations ensuring compliance with FAR Part 135 regulations and the General Operations Manual.
• Maintain operational control procedures, including trip coordination, flight tracking, and communication with crew and leadership.
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international trips, managing permits, customs, and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor active flights, ensuring safety through meticulous flight tracking and operational awareness.
• Manage aircraft scheduling and communicate operational changes to crews and relevant departments.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; a college degree or aviation-related education is preferred.
• Experience in aviation operations, dispatch, or flight coordination is preferred.
• Knowledge of FAR Part 135 operations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or operational coordination.
