Sales/Flight Controller

To support our growth and maintain our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic individual to take on a hybrid role that combines Sales and Flight Control responsibilities. This unique position is designed for a proactive and versatile professional who can drive sales efforts for our on-demand charter, contracted cargo, and jet card offerings while also coordinating flight operations to ensure optimal service delivery. 

Sales Duties: 

• Business Development: Identify and pursue sales opportunities for on-demand charter services, contracted cargo solutions, and jet card memberships.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential customer needs.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and results. Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and challenges. 

Flight Control Duties: 

• Flight Monitoring: Oversee real-time tracking of flights, ensuring all operations adhere to schedules and safety standards.
• Operational Coordination: Coordinate on-ground support for flights, including fueling, maintenance, and catering, to facilitate quick turnarounds.
• Communication Hub: Act as the central point of contact among pilots, ground crew, and clients, ensuring smooth operational flow and addressing any issues that arise.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure that flight operations comply with all regulatory standards and company safety policies. 

• Proven experience in aviation sales, with a solid track record of achieving sales targets. Experience in flight operations or dispatch is a significant plus.
• Strong understanding of the aviation industry, including on-demand charter services, cargo operations, and jet card programs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage both sales and operational tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational demands.
• High level of professionalism and commitment to customer service excellence. 

Education: 

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
