As Manager HR - Recruitment, Engineering & Volume, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Engineering and Volume Recruitment teams, aligning functional initiatives with business objectives and strategies in line with our employee brand and Emiratisation strategy. You will lead the teams in the development and execution of talent planning, sourcing, and recruitment by enhancing processes, building the talent pipeline, and improving hire quality. This role will consult and collaborate closely across HR and the business on recruitment initiatives, providing expertise and a global perspective to ensure alignment with the Companys goals, culture, core values, and future organisational requirements. This is a senior management role, reporting directly into our Vice President of Recruitment, based full-time across our Dubai offices.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the recruitment strategy for Engineering and Volume hiring, managing a complex structure of Recruitment Managers, Team Leads, Recruitment Partners, Advisors, and Coordinators.
- Define, manage, and deliver recruitment objectives to align with the Company’s vision, mission, and values, partnering closely with business leaders to understand department needs and drive hiring outcomes.
- Oversee the integration of AI-driven capabilities into the recruitment process to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency, including expanding HireVues capabilities.
- Shift Engineering recruitment from campaign-based hiring to a digital-first, volume recruitment model, ensuring scalable and sustainable talent pipelines.
- Drive Emiratisation efforts in collaboration with the Manager HR Brand and Partnerships, delivering against the Rehalty strategy to grow UAE National representation across all levels.
- Enhance recruiter skills through structured upskilling programmes, focusing on research capability, sourcing innovation, and leveraging emerging recruitment technologies.
- Partner with Business Improvement and Group IT teams to initiate and drive recruitment innovations, incorporating new technologies such as AI, chatbots, and advanced sourcing tools.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support team evolution, recruiter upskilling, and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Influence and consult with senior executives and stakeholders, providing insights and strategic advice on recruitment challenges, process improvements, and talent acquisition trends.
- Support internal mobility and succession planning initiatives in partnership with HR Business Partners, promoting proactive talent development.
- Oversee proactive headhunting and executive search activity, collaborating with agencies and leveraging direct sourcing strategies for critical roles.
- Foster a high-performing recruitment team culture by setting clear KPIs, providing coaching and development, and maintaining high levels of engagement, performance, and morale.
