We are seeking a skilled and motivated Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic to join our general aviation maintenance team. The ideal candidate will perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on piston single- and multi-engine aircraft. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of safety and compliance with FAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on piston aircraft (Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, etc.).

Troubleshoot and repair airframe, powerplant, and related systems (fuel, hydraulic, electrical, environmental).

Conduct 100-hour, annual, progressive, and phase inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications.

Complete maintenance documentation accurately in aircraft logbooks and company records.

Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with pilots, owners, and team members to identify maintenance needs and provide technical support.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Stay current on FAA airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and manufacturer updates.
