Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft systems (airframe and powerplant).
- Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in complex aircraft systems (e.g., hydraulics, electrical, avionics, engines).
- Repair, replace, modify, and install aircraft components.
- Conduct inspections and evaluate the condition of aircraft for compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Accurately complete maintenance logs and service records.
- Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Using welding techniques (such as TIG, MIG, and arc welding) to join and repair aircraft metal parts.
- Fabricating new parts from raw materials based on blueprints and specifications.
- Working with various aircraft metals, including titanium, steel, aluminum, and others.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification: Valid FAA Airframe (A) and/or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificates required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as an aircraft maintenance technician working on Beechcraft or Bombardier aircraft (specifically Beech 300 series, CL604/605/650) in an FAA certified Part 121, 135, or 145 environment. (Department of Defense (DOD) aircraft experience is not acceptable, because they are not subject to 121/135/145 requirements)

- Proficient in the maintenance and troubleshooting of airframe, powerplant, and related aircraft systems.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BE300 Initial and/or CL604/605/650 Initial training.
