PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- Inspection Authorization (IA) Certificate, preferred.
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Supervisory experience required.
- 5+ years' experience in a FBO or aviation service center environment.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience working with Beechjet, King Air, Piper & Socata TBM Aircraft.
- Strong understanding in 145 repair station operations/regulations required.
- Knowledge of FAA Regulations
- Strong customer-centric mindset.
- High degree of technical knowledge with respect to FAR’s and aircraft inspection programs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers in order to achieve company objectives.
- Proven experience in projecting time and parts required for any specific discrepancy and knowing how to assign those tasks to each mechanic based on their talent and experience level.
- Excellent skill sets with electrical system troubleshooting and well-versed on King Air Dual and Triple Fed buss systems.
- Excellent skill sets with PT6A-series & JT15-series engines including Hot Sections/Rigging/Troubleshooting & fully “Run Qualified”
- Willing to work off location, weekends and overtime as needed.
