We are seeking an experienced Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) Mechanic to support maintenance operations in both corporate and general aviation environments. This role requires a highly adaptable technician capable of rapid response, troubleshooting, and performing repairs under time-sensitive conditions.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience (corporate and/or general aviation)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capability
- Experience performing line maintenance, inspections, and unscheduled repairs
- Ability to work independently in remote or AOG situations
- Flexibility for travel and varied schedules, including nights and weekends
- Familiarity with FAA regulations and maintenance documentation
Preferred Experience:
- Aircraft platforms such as Citation, King Air, Learjet, Gulfstream, Hawker, or similar
- Engine run and taxi qualifications
- Avionics troubleshooting experience
Responsibilities:
- Respond to AOG situations and perform on-site maintenance and repairs
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical discrepancies efficiently
- Complete required documentation, logbook entries, and return-to-service actions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and FAA regulations
