We are seeking a skilled A&P Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, sharp attention to detail, and a strict commitment to safety and airworthiness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Aircraft Experience: Cirrus SR20/SR22, Vision Jet, or similar airframes.
  Avionics: Proficiency with Garmin Perspective or Avidyne systems.
• Certification: IA (Inspection Authorization) is a plus.

• Job Type: Full-time, in-person at our Provo, UT facility.

• Certification: Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of General Aviation or Jet experience (Cirrus experience is a significant plus).
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of FAA regulations, AD/SB compliance, and documentation requirements.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical data.
• Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate with flight crews and management.
• Location: Must be able to commute to or relocate to Provo, UT prior to start date.
• AOG Support: Ability to provide occasional "Aircraft on Ground" (AOG) support; may require local travel or flexible hours to return aircraft to service.
• Professional Development: Willingness to attend company-paid factory training (e.g., Cirrus Airframe or CAPS certification) approximately once per year.

Core Responsibilities:

• Aircraft Maintenance: Perform all required inspections, scheduled maintenance, and unscheduled repairs for our managed fleet.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues.
• Compliance & Records: Maintain meticulous, FAA-compliant logbook entries and follow all company safety protocols.
• Efficiency: Collaborate with the team to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize aircraft downtime.
• Professionalism: Maintain high standards of integrity, accountability, and customer service.
• Shop Standards: Ensure a safe, organized, and professional hangar environment.
