Primary Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product leaders and subject matter experts.
- Foster a team culture of customer-centric innovation, collaboration, and accountability – building a team eager to engage with customers and create exceptional experiences.
- Regularly interface with customers to resolve product and service issues.
- Ensure team members are equipped with the frameworks, tools, and skills to deliver consistently at scale.
- Define and monitor production performance guardrail metrics (e.g., response rate, time-to-help, production times, quality of work / rework, etc.).
- Lead and foster research efforts by team members, working with staff and outside partners to gather insights, assess customer needs, and inform future product strategies.
- Collaborate directly with the management team to implement product strategies and tactics that improve customer service and product adoption.
- Support the team in various tasks and projects, as requested.
