Director of Maintenance needed for Part 135 Operation in beautiful Moab, Utah AND Salt Lake City, Utah. We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, capable individual to oversee and direct the daily maintenance activities to ensure safety and efficiency in the performance of maintenance.

- $95,000 - $125,000 Annual Salary; DOE
Responsible for all maintenance activities on 9 aircraft, including Quest Kodiaks, Gipps Aerospace GA-8s, Cessna 207s and 172s.
Duties include, but not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for overseeing all maintenance, scheduled and unscheduled
- Assure compliance with FAA regulations and standards
- Assure that all maintenance forms and records are properly completed and filed
- Interface with the FAA on maintenance matters
- Effectively manage and schedule maintenance personnel
- Airworthiness Directive compliance tracking
- Maintain operational control of the Part 135 fleet as it relates to maintenance issues
- Responsible for aircraft airworthiness
- Maintain close liaison with the Director of Operations to provide current aircraft status and forecast down times
- Maintain the repair facility in an orderly manner
- Responsible for part inventory
- Control expenses and manage maintenance budget
- Identify and drive process improvements
