The Hydraulic Component Technician is responsible for the inspection, repair, testing, and overhaul of helicopter hydraulic components used in CH-54A, CH-54B, and S-64E aircraft. This position supports the company’s FAA Part 145 Repair Station operations at our Aurora, Oregon facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Disassemble, inspect, clean, repair, and reassemble hydraulic components.

• Test and return to service dampers, actuators, servos, and valves per manufacturer specifications.

• Complete repair documentation in accordance with FAA Part 145 procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety standards.

• Hydraulic component repair/overhaul experience (Part 145 preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, self motivated & clean work area is a must
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals
• CH-54/S-64 experience a plus OR other large type aircraft experience
• FAA A&P license preferred but not required if previous 145 experience
• Valid drivers license
