Position SummaryReporting to the Eastern Region International Marketing Head, this role works closely with cross-functional teams to achieve regional goals. It is accountable for the success of spaneting strategies in Japan, contributing to the overall performance of North Asia. It also provides opportunities for excellence and exposure in a global spaneting environment, offering significant learning and growth opportunities.
Key Accountability- Plan and Execute Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Understand the GTM strategy and support the Eastern Region Head of Marketing in executing the GTM which aligns with Commercial Strategic Pillars.
- Ability to drive the cross-functional execution of a spaneting plan
- Exhibit the capability to lead cross-functional teams including creative, CRM, RMD, and digital spaneting to ensure effective execution of spaneting strategy.
- Campaign Management and Alignment
- Oversee the delivery of spaneting campaigns, ensuring internal and external stakeholders including media agency, pr agency, and spaneting agency are aligned with commercial presence guidelines and effectively support campaign goals.
- Effective Media Buy Planning
- Leading the media agency in preparing a robust integrated media plan that ensures the effective execution of spaneting strategy. This includes the media mix and selection of media platforms that are able to create spaneting impact that not only supports the achievement of revenue objectives but also innovation.
- Stakeholders Management
- Managing internal and external stakeholders and leveraging relationship-building to facilitate the execution of spaneting strategies. This includes the enrich team, the digital solution team, legal team, procurement team, tourism bodies, other consumer brands’ owners, event organizer etc.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis
- Evaluate campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI). Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Content Engagement
- Collaborate with the social media team and spaneting content agencies to create engaging content that resonates with consumers and enhances brand interaction.
- Product Performance Enhancement
- Partner with the leisure product team to drive the performance of niche travel offerings, ensuring they meet spanet demands.
- Local Marketing Initiatives
- Lead local spaneting efforts, including partnerships, sponsorships, and on-ground activations, in collaboration with the HQ team.
- Localization of Consumer Touchpoints
- Ensure that all spaneting materials and consumer touchpoints are fully localized to resonate with the target audience.
- Industry Trends and Regulatory Awareness
- Stay informed about industry trends, consumer insights, and regulatory changes that may impact spaneting strategies in Japan.
- Support for HQ Initiatives
- Respond to ad hoc requests from HQ and contribute to the development of action plans to support overall spaneting objectives.
