Role PurposeLead the development and execution of freighter schedules ensuring alignment with commercial requirements and regulatory compliance. Oversee resource planning including crew, aircraft and slots and coordinate with key stakeholders. Utilize data analysis to assess performance, forecast demand and support continuous network optimization and strategic decision-making.
Key Accountability- Develop and maintain seasonal and ad-hoc freighter schedules in line with fleet availability, spanet demand and commercial requirements, ensure alignment with MABKargo yearly business plan.
- Validate and authorize finalized schedules through F-SCN submission and scheduling systems, ensuring schedule data integrity and timely dissemination to Commercial, Cargo Operations and other operating departments for effective manpower and resource planning.
- Supervise the coordination and timely acquisition of seasonal and ad-hoc landing/overflight permits, ensuring regulatory compliance by overseeing checklist updates, communication flow and alignment with the Network Scheduling (Regulatory Approval) department.
- Assist in planning and executing alternative schedules during disruptions by coordinating with key departments, reallocating resources and updating systems to minimize operational and commercial impact.
- Ensure seamless scheduling and coordination of charter and unscheduled freighter flights to meet customer demands while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Working Experience- Degree in any related field with 5 years of working experience in Aviation Industry or;
- Diploma in any related field with 8 years of working experience in Aviation Industry or;
- SPM/SPMV with 10 years of working experience in Aviation Industry.
