How you will do it:
Centre of excellence: You will serve as a vital member of the Brand Team, advising local marketing teams and the wider business on creative excellence that aligns with our strategic goals.
Template development & optimisation: Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to efficiently produce high-quality campaign templates, and leave the continual review and optimisation to ensure these are best in class.
Guideline revisions: Lead the continual updating of advertising guidelines, in line with template optimisation.
Day to day management: Oversee the daily management of both strategic & creative agency and production.
Market collaboration: Lead the relationship with local markets to offer guidance on brand strategy, marketing templates and content and ensure an effective two way conversation
Toolkit development: Work with Planning and Content teams to develop comprehensive campaign toolkits that local markets can use to develop local campaigns.
Brand guardianship: Alongside the wider brand team act as brand guardian to ensure all comms are in line with the brand license and brand strategy, maintaining consistency and a coherent tone of voice across all business touchpoints
Partner collaboration: Work with partners to develop knowledge and ensure we adhere to channel best practice and deliver world-class assets.
Performance reporting: Collate results and reporting on creative performance
What you will need to do the role:
· Proven experience in creating marketing campaigns (new and adapting) across multiple channels in a fast-paced brand-led organisation and delivering multiple projects concurrently, to a high standard.
· Effective collaborator, working closely with local marketing teams to ensure advertising can flex/adapt to market needs and nuance as required
· Great communicator with the ability to get on well and get the best out of people providing clear direction and feedback.
· Skilled in managing both shoot and stock content production
· Proficient in collating and analysing performance data
· Experienced in managing external agencies.
· Strong understanding of how branding and creative works
· Natural creative judgement and passion for branding and producing innovative and effective creative.
· Proactive, independent worker with excellent attention to detail
· Organised and good at working cross functionally in a matrixed business with multiple stakeholders.
· Team player, willing to share knowledge and discuss approaches and tactics but also able to work independently

The team typically spend 1-2 days in Luton at our HQ and 1 day at our Agency offices in London.
