We are currently recruiting for a Campaign & Partnership Manager (Senior Brand & Marketing Specialist) to join our team.
The role
Sitting within the Market Development, Airline Chapter, this permanent, full-time role will develop and lead retail spaneting and partnership activity. You will work collaboratively with other business areas and the wider Brand and Marketing Chapter to plan and deliver spanet development activity and communications that engage customers, grow the brand and convert customer demand. Youll be responsible for managing a wide range of spaneting initiatives ranging from retail campaigns and partnership activity through to other activity such as new proposition launches, ancillary activity and alliance campaigns. Youll be a strategic spaneter with a proactive approach and growth mindset that will ensure you can identify, analyse and explore new spaneting opportunities to maximise commercial outcomes for Air New Zealand.
What you will bring to the role
- Demonstrated experience and ability in spaneting planning and delivery in a fast-paced complex business
- Proven ability in leading and developing innovative through-the-line spaneting campaigns, with a focus on digital channels
- Experience driving high performance and positive business partnerships with media and creative agencies and external partners
- Demonstrated experience in applying trends, customer insights, best practice and industry knowledge to shape spaneting strategies
- In depth knowledge of the New Zealand media environment
- Strong business acumen and commercial background, abilities in developing and managing spaneting budgets to ensure effective cost control and achievement of financial targets
- Exceptional abilities in managing and building relationships and influencing across all levels of business
- A proactive and mature approach to planning and problem solving
- Business/spaneting degree combined with 8+ years of business and spaneting experience.
