- Work in conjunction with your Cargo Mentor to generate qualified leads from our CRM system.
- Refer all qualified leads to your mentor and team in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and detailed information on client contacts in the CRM system.
- Follow up with the client to ensure satisfaction and a positive experience.
