What You’ll DoAs a Customer Support Manager, you will take ownership of customer satisfaction and service performance by:
Analyzing supplier and customer data related to ordering, delivery, and service performance
Managing inquiries regarding spare parts requirements and coordinating timely responses
Resolving delivery issues and ensuring customer needs are met effectively
Processing and analyzing returned materials from customers
Creating, tracking, and improving key performance metrics
Building, maintaining, and strengthening customer relationships
Developing a strong understanding of customer culture, priorities, and business strategies
Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to improve service execution
Supporting account and program management initiatives to drive customer retention and growth
What You BringRequired QualificationsProven experience in customer service, customer support, or client relationship management
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
Experience in program management, account management, or related business functions
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional, customer-first mindset with strong follow-through
Preferred QualificationsSAP experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting supply chain, spare parts, or aviation-related customers

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
