Tasks
You should have professional experience and preferably knowledge of patient transportation in order to carry out the following tasks, for example:
- Acceptance of medical inquiries from our international customers
- Preparing the documents required by our experienced flight physicians to assess fitness to fly
- Communicating with internal and external service providers
- Managing transportation on Lufthansa flights in the booking system
- Collaboration on overarching topics such as quality management

Requirements
We are looking for the following qualifications and skills:
- Secondary school leaving certificate and completed training in the medical field (emergency paramedic, health and nurse, medical assistant, or similar)
- Good knowledge of English (other foreign languages desirable)
- Responsible, precise and service-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team as well as good contact and cooperation skills
- Shift work is no problem for you (daily from 06:00 - 22:30)
