Tasks
The following tasks await you as a Customs Agent / Customs Broker (m/f/d) in our team:
- Customs clearance of import and export shipments in ATLAS
- Creation of shipping documents using the NCTS procedure
- Monitoring processes and ensuring quality improvement
- Taking over communication and organization with interface areas (sales, warehouse, service providers)
- First point of contact for our key accounts and customs as well as daily correspondence
- Creation and evaluation of shipment statistics and preparation of monthly customer-specific reports

Requirements
Have we aroused your interest? Then you should only have the following requirements:
- Preferred: Successfully completed commercial vocational training as a forwarding agent or comparable training/ further training
- First professional experience in the forwarding sector with a focus on customs clearance
- Previous knowledge of ATLAS
- Strong service and service orientation as well as contact and cooperation skills
- Willingness to work weekends and shifts is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and team-oriented manner
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Good written and spoken German and English language skills
