Description:Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking an Industrial Security professional / Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) to join the security team in Grand Prairie, TX. You will perform program security duties supporting multiple special access programs.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Security Representative you will perform duties as the Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) for multiple complex and growing programs. Your responsibilities will include:
• All aspects of security to include personnel, physical, technical, subcontractor management, classification management, inspection readiness, OPSEC requirements, and partnering with program management.
• Developing creative security solutions to meet mission requirements while ensuring compliance with our customers’ expectations and applicable security policies and directives
• Be the primary security interface with all levels of associated program personnel at Lockheed Martin as well as customer and subcontractor sites..

Basic Qualifications:
― Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals.
― Basic understanding of shipping and receiving classified hardware.
― Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
― Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
― Final Top Secret security clearance and a background investigation performed within the last five years.
Desired Skills:
― Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance.
― Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CSSO, ACSSO or physical security specialist.
― Lead and implement change in a collaborative manner, have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.
― Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.
― Highly organized and detail oriented.
― Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
― Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
