As an intern in the Digital Airport team, you will contribute to various data-driven projects that support our global spanet objectives, with a strong focus on passenger satisfaction. Your responsibilities may include:
You will collaborate with a diverse and ambitious Digital Airport team, consisting of a Product Owner, Business Analysts, Information Analysts, an architect, and front-end and back-end developers. This product team is part of the Travel & Recovery department within the joint Digital department of Air France / KLM (AFKL). The team is geographically spread across the Netherlands and India. Together, we share a common goal: leveraging data to improve the digital products and services for our passengers. We work closely with the A2H team (internal app for ground staff), the CRMPush team (for email, messages, and notifications), Customer Experience, User Experience, and ground staff at the airport. We are based at the KLM headquarters in Amstelveen.

The start is possible from early September, but a later start date is negotiable.
