Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be readily available day or night as the need arises for the company's demanding schedule.
- Organize and lead inspections and AOG maintenance, multi-tasking, required.
- Must be able to communicate with FAA and management team.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally if the need arises.
- Must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must possess own toolbox with general mechanic tools.
- Must clearly document maintenance and repair actions, equipment status tags, logs, parts requests, etc. clearly on paper or in an electronic system
- Must be able to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, technical manuals, written instructions, test procedures, etc.
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage time as required to effectively achieve specified maintenance response goals.
- Must be able to effectively communicate the status of aircraft to the team as required.
Supervision
- Reports to the CEO
Performance Evaluation
- CEO will evaluate on an annual basis.
