- Provide sales support including up-to-date account maintenance and regular reporting from Commercial sales systems (CBI, Salesforce.com etc.) for booking and revenue performance analysis to Sales Executives, Key Account Managers and the RSM.
- Collate and provide industry MI as available.
- Coordinating and ticketing of Travel Industry Educational Groups. Responsible for administration all travel industry rebated tickets AD/ID including spaneting/sponsorship & PR tickets.
- Administration of waivers and favours including airfare fees/lounge/excess baggage approvals by RSM and make appropriate PNR entries, maintenance of all accountable records of all approvals and refusals.
- Provide support and initiatives for on-going cost reduction including GDS wastage, giveaways and collateral to the RSM for sales teams. Provide administration support for KYC and IATA plate management to RSM on behalf of Sales teams.
- Handle any telephone/email enquiries from Sales teams or KAMs and provide relevant information promptly and efficiently.
- Support sales teams coordinating local/national sales incentives. Organising and coordinating as directed sales functions and events including travel shows, expos, local or CCMB sponsorships events.
- Provide Support to Senior Secretary as required.
Qualification- Educated to High School level or equivalent with advancement to a degree in travel or business related subject preferred.
- Airline/Travel industry experience including airline reservations and ticketing as well as a working knowledge of Corporate, Leisure and Specialised spanets segments is preferable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Work, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to interpret data, identify opportunities or weaknesses and translate into required actions.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the skill to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Previous CRM and GDS experience (Salesforce) would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Excellent Communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English.
