Executive Assistant – Drive Impact at the Heart of a Leading Aerospace ProgramPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant (Sr. Associate, Program Business Management) to support our client, a respected leader in the aerospace industry. This full-time, 6 month consulting opportunity is based onsite in Winston,Salem, NC, supporting critical sales order and program operations for commercial aircraft seating programs.
Role SummaryIn this role, you will serve as an essential partner ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across sales order management processes. Your work will directly support cross functional teams, uphold data integrity, streamline workflows, and contribute to the successful execution of complex aerospace programs. This position is ideal for detail-driven talent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem solving, system management, and process improvement.
What You’ll Do• Collaborate with Finance, Program Management, Master Scheduling, and Operations to support program objectives.
• Set up and administer sales orders, including address file creation and credit block release.
• Manage delivery and billing blocks to ensure smooth shipments; perform data exports using Genie tools.
• Process new sales orders and change requests.
• Maintain and reconcile sales order invoices.
• Create and manage WIN Shuttle requests.
• Provide data and issue resolution support to Finance and internal stakeholders.
• Execute weekly and monthly quality assurance reporting to ensure backlog accuracy.
• Review reports and metrics, recommending improvements in format and usability.
• Support development of requirements documentation for new software modules and assist with user testing.
• Manage inquiries in shared group inboxes.
• Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
Required Qualifications• Proficiency in SAP ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to change
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
