Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Avionics Technicians to support modifications, assembly, and installations on CN235 and CN212 fixed-wing aircraft. This role involves hands-on avionics work in a climate-controlled, state-of-the-art hangar environment. Candidates must have experience performing avionics modifications and working from engineering documentation. Fixed-wing and turboprop experience are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform avionics installations, modifications, upgrades, and assemblies on CN235 and CN212 platforms.

• Install and assemble wiring harnesses, connectors, avionics components, and related systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve avionics system issues to support aircraft readiness.

• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to execute work accurately.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of avionics experience (installation, modification, or assembly required).

• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills with avionics systems.

• Fixed-wing or turboprop experience preferred; rotary-wing still considered.

• Tools: No tools required—all tools provided

• No A&P license required.

Schedule: 1st & 2nd shift (high demand for 2nd)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
