HWire Harness Assembler – Entry Level
Location: Centennial, CO
Contract-to-Hire On-Site $22–$27/hr Depending on Experience
About the OpportunityWe are seeking Wire Harness Assemblers to join a growing team in a new manufacturing facility in Centennial, CO. This is a contract-to-hire role with long-term potential in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. If you have a passion for hands-on work and experience in assembly, wiring, or electronics, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Assemble wire harnesses and components per detailed instructions and blueprints
- Verify traveler documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revisions, quantities)
- Inspect materials for damage or defects
- Cut, de-jacket, and strip cables
- Load connectors, apply labels, and heat shrink
- Use assembly boards and sign off on completed work orders
- Package materials safely and maintain proper identification
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and report hazards
Must-Have Skills- Assembly experience (electronic/electrical preferred)
- Crimping, soldering, and wiring skills
- Familiarity with IPC 620 standards
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Proficient with hand tools and measuring equipment
Nice-to-Have Skills- Aerospace or aviation experience
- Cable assembly and mechanical assembly
- Experience with labeling and schematic interpretation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
