Barnes Distribution is an international, full-service distributor of maintenance, repair and operating (MRO) supplies. Barnes Distribution currently offers more than 50,000 regularly-stocked products to a diverse customer base in North America, Europe and Asia through a sales force of over 1,500 professionals. Through an array of service options built around a vendor managed inventory (VMI) business model, Barnes Distribution can improve the productivity of its customers while substantially reducing procurement and transaction costs.

Barnes Industrial is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of precision mechanical and nitrogen gas springs, and is a global supplier of retaining rings and injection-molded plastic components that are used in a variety of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) applications. With production facilities located on four continents and a world-class Product Development Center (PDC), Barnes Industrial is among the most technologically advanced, creative and customer-centric global suppliers of precision engineered components.

Barnes Aerospace produces precision machined and fabricated components and assemblies for OEMs of turbine engines and airframes for commercial, military and business aircraft as well as land-based industrial gas turbines. Barnes Aerospace’s machining operations specialize in tight tolerance gear machining and complex assemblies, while its advanced fabrications operations specialize in processes such as superplastic forming, laser milling and diffusion bonding. Barnes Aerospace also provides rapid jet engine component overhaul and repair services for many of the world’s major commercial airlines, the U.S. military and engine OEMs.
