D-J Engineering represents my best attempt at providing the most comprehensive array of engineering and manufacturing services available to the aerospace industry. Recognizing that technical and schedule performance are enhanced when one organization controls all aspects of a project or product, we have continued to expand our technical breadth. This has allowed us to perform tasks that would challenge companies even ten times our size. Technical performance requires good equipment and good people. At D-J, we have both. Each is a collection representing diverse capabilities. Our staff is dedicated beyond description, while our equipment supports the needs of each project we undertake. While we do utilize qualified outside suppliers, it is our preference to do it ourselves whenever possible. With that in mind, we continually add to our arsenal of internal capabilities. Given the culture that is D-J Engineering, we will have added new capabilities by the time you read this letter. Our suppliers cooperate with and are often motivated by the intensity that D-J operates at. We are always "stepping up to the challenge" for our customers.
