We are seeking a skilled Engine Technician to join our team. With almost four decades of expertise, we offer specialized PT6A & PT6T MRO services that embody the Prime Difference. As an Engine Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining, repairing, and overhauling PT6A & PT6T engines, ensuring they operate at peak performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and overhaul PT6A & PT6T engines.
- Read and interpret maintenance and overhaul manuals.
- Replace or repair worn, defective, or damaged components.
- Disassemble, clean, evaluate, repair, and assemble turbine engines.
Essential Skills
- Experience in aviation maintenance, preferably with PT6A/PT6T series engines.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair engines.
- A&P License preferred, but ability to attain a repairmans certificate is necessary.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and performing inspections.
- Ability to read and comprehend written and oral instructions in English.
- Computer skills including email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Work Environment
This position is contract-to-hire, typically transitioning to direct hire around four months, based on performance and attitude.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
