The UI/UX Designer will work as part of a cross-functional Scrum team alongside PO, BA, Developers, QA Engineers, and architects. The role requires balancing user experience with corporate standards, governance requirements, and technical constraints typical of large-scale IT environments.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into clear user experience concepts.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability evaluations within enterprise contexts.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Contribute to and maintain enterprise design systems and component libraries.
• Ensure visual consistency across platforms and products.
• Design scalable solutions that support multi-product ecosystems.

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design within IT environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex system design (e.g., dashboards, enterprise platforms, workflow tools).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across departments.
